Corporate Social Responsibility

As part of its Business Plan, TICO is committed to an effective Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy that engages all employees.

Our goal is to integrate meaningful social, environmental and philanthropic considerations into TICO’s business practices and strategic direction and foster a culture of sustainability.

To achieve that goal, TICO participates in and partners with philanthropic activities and organizations, in our local community and around the world.  

TICO’s CSR Committee is a group of employees who have volunteered to organize and lead the organization’s volunteering and fundraising efforts. At TICO, we believe that together we can make a difference.
