If an Ontario-registered travel retailer or travel wholesaler contravenes the Travel Industry Act, 2002 or the terms of their registration, TICO may propose to revoke their registration. Consumers should not purchase travel services from any travel retailer or travel wholesaler that is not registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario.
