Registrar Bulletin: Non-essential services and operating remotely
With the government of Ontario ordering the closure of all non-essential businesses, those businesses that are clearly on the exemption list may physically remain open (please view full list of exemptions here).
The government has indicated that teleworking and online commerce are permitted at all times for all businesses. Any TICO registrant that wishes to continue their operations remotely may do so.

- Travel counsellors may work from their own home offices or separate locations. When a travel counsellor works outside of the registered place of business, they are considered an outside sales representative (OSR). Registrants and travel counsellors working under this arrangement for the first time should review the guidelines available at this link.
