Mississauga, ONT. – After being charged by the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO), Mr. Yves Gildas Emolo Morrison was convicted on one count of operating as a Travel Agent without registration contrary to S 4(1)(a) and S 31(1)(c) of the Travel Industry Act, 2002.

Mr. Morrison was ordered to pay a total fine of $6,250 including surcharges, sentenced to a two-year probation order and ordered to pay $6,550 restitution to the consumers.
