Procurement Policy

The purpose of TICO's Procurement Policy is to ensure the cost-effective procurement of goods and services on behalf of TICO and to ensure that goods and services are acquired through a process that is fair, open, transparent, geographically neutral, competitive, and accessible to qualified vendors.
