Proctor Guide

TICO has developed a Proctor Guide to assist individuals who wish to become a Proctor to understand their role and responsibility when supervising candidates writing the exam. A Proctor’s role is very important. Not only are they key in enabling candidates to succeed, they also ensure the integrity of the Education Standard Program. TICO’s Proctor Guide has been created to:

  • provide guidelines as to who might be considered for the role of “Proctor”
  • outline the role and responsibilities of a Proctor throughout the testing process
  • provide the Proctor with Welcome and Instruction Scripts as well as Guidelines Concerning Irregular Incidents
  • provide contact information should the Proctor have questions regarding the process

TICO strongly recommends that individuals read the Proctor Guide prior to completing and submitting the Proctor Application Form.
