Mississauga, ONT. – The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) has charged Alistair Hamilton with one count of operating as a travel agent without being registered.

It is alleged that Alistair Hamilton operates out of Hamilton, Ontario, selling European tour packages to consumers. Alistair Hamilton at times operates under the name Flower of Scotland Travel Club.

Alistair Hamilton will appear in court at 9 am on October 27, 2022, in Hamilton, Ontario.

Individuals convicted in Court of offences relating to the Travel Industry Act, 2002 are subject to fines of up to $50,000 and/or prison terms of up to two years. Corporations are subject to fines of up to $250,000.
