Immediate Suspension Advisory: Luxury Travel Centre Inc.
The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) has issued an Immediate Suspension Order to suspend the retail registration of Luxury Travel Centre Inc. o/a Luxury Travel Centre Inc. located at 203-3875 McNicoll Avenue in Scarborough, Ontario.
Luxury Travel Centre Inc. must cease all travel sales and counselling activity immediately.
TICO has also issued a Notice of Proposal to Revoke the registration of Luxury Travel Centre Inc.
Luxury Travel Centre Inc. is entitled to a hearing by the Licence Appeal Tribunal about the proposal to revoke its registration.
It is alleged that Luxury Travel Centre Inc. has not been financially responsible in the conduct of its business and there are reasons to believe that it will not carry on business in accordance with the law and with integrity and honesty as per sections 8(1)(d)(ii), (iii) and (iv) of the Travel Industry Act, 2002.
