Aug 08`12 - Nazimuddin Kazi -Charged
Toronto– Nazimuddin Kazi has been charged with one count of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002. Mr. Kazi operated in the Toronto Region. Mr. Kazi was previously charged in March 2011 and March 2012 for operating without registration and those charges are still before the courts.
The first court appearance is scheduled for September 6, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice, 70 Centre Ave Toronto, Ontario.
