Toronto – Peter Bartholdt and Travel Goodtime Tours Inc have been convicted on one count each of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002. Travel Goodtime Tours Inc’s registration under the Travel Industry Act, 2002 was revoked in July 2011 and the company continued to operate in the Toronto Region.
Peter Bartholdt was fined $1,000 and Travel Goodtime Tours Inc received a suspended sentence.
Peter Bartholdt is the president of Travel Good Time Tours Inc. Travel Goodtime Tours Inc’s registration was reinstated on January 26, 2012 under the Travel Industry Act, 2002.
