Nov 29`11 - Peter Bartholdt and Travel Goodtime Tours Inc. - Charged
Toronto– Peter Bartholdt and Travel Goodtime Tours Inc have been charged with one count each of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002. Travel Goodtime Tours Inc’s registration under the Travel Industry Act, 2002 was revoked in July 2011 and the company continued to operate in the Toronto Region.
The first court appearance is scheduled for January 12, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice, 70 Centre AveToronto, Ontario.
