Toronto – Lillian Burgess o/a Cap’n Bob and Lil’s Tours has been convicted on one count of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002. Ms. Burgess continued to operate in Cayuga, Ontario after her registration under the Act was revoked in August 2009.
Ms Burgess received a suspended sentence.
