Toronto – Serwat Naz Ahmed was charged with 1 count of acting as a travel agent without registration contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Travel Industry Act, 2002. Ms. Ahmed operated in Pickering and elsewhere in Ontario. The first court appearance is scheduled for April 6, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice, 605 Rossland Road East, Whitby.
