Toronto – Talha Choudhry and Super Asia Travel Inc. have been charged with 1 count each of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002. Choudhry and Super Asia operated in the Toronto Region and elsewhere in Ontario.
The first court appearance is scheduled for April 7, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice, 70 Centre Ave Toronto, Ontario.
