Toronto – Jason Konstantos has been charged with 2 counts of failing to comply with a probation order contrary to section 75 of the Provincial Offences Act. The first court appearance is scheduled for April 7, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice, 70 Centre Ave, Toronto.
Jason Konstantos was previously convicted of 1 count of Breach of Probation contrary to section 75 of the Ontario Provincial Offences Act on November 5, 2008. On November 5, 2008 Mr. Konstantos was sentenced to a 12 month period of probation during which he was required to make restitution to consumers in the amount of $45,000.
