Toronto – Nizar Laasi and 7N Canada Inc. o/a Jubilee Travels and Tours have been charged with 5 counts each of failing to maintain trust accounts contrary to section 27 of Regulation 26/05 made under the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002.
The first court appearance is scheduled for February 24, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice, 70 Centre Ave Toronto, Ontario.
