Explanatory Paper on Regulation Changes Available
The government recently approved several amendments to the Travel Industry Act, 2002 regulation. The changes to Ontario Regulation 26/05 come into force on July 1, 2010.
To assist registrants in understanding the changes, the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) has produced an Explanatory Paper, which is available on TICO’s website or can be downloaded here. Copies of the paper may also be requested from TICO.
