Toronto– Aamir Rashid has been charged with two counts of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002. Aamir Rashid previously worked for Minfare Travel Inc. in Mississauga, Ontario. Minfare Travel Inc.’s registration under the Travel Industry Act, 2002 was revoked on May 25, 2011.
The next court appearance is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. August 7, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice, 5 Ray Lawson Blvd., Brampton, Ontario.
