Toronto – Kimberly Greco and Euro International Performance Tours Inc. have been charged with 1 count each of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002. The first court appearance is scheduled for January 5, 2010 at the Brampton Provincial Offences Court, Toronto at 9 a.m.
