Vacation 2000 Ltd and Mary Lebiedz have been charged with making false statements under the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002.
Toronto – Vacation 2000 Ltd & Mary Lebiedz have been charged with 2 counts each of making a false statement when submitting its financial information to TICO, contrary to section 31 (1) (a) of the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002. The first court appearance is scheduled for May 19, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Cambridge Provincial Offences Court, 152 Main St. Cambridge.
